- Is there still room for growth or are you stagnating and making excuses?

This is the core of this program but with a single focus on saving your life in a real street confrontation. There are no tournaments. Mix competitions with survival skills and with your life on the line, you won’t do what’s necessary to live.

Weapons aren’t neglected with the blade, sticks of all sizes including the Kubotan (a pencil-size stick), the Bo Staff and the sword are all covered.
